As a Managing Partner at TargetPath, she uses her extensive knowledge to guide businesses through product development, market entry, and achieving long-term profitability.
Over the years, Deena has been instrumental in building some iconic global brands, including Austere, Monster Products, Beats by Dre (acquired by Apple), and AVAD (acquired by Ingram Micro). Her contributions to the industry have earned her well-deserved recognition, including honors like Dealerscope’s “Powerful Women in Consumer Technology” and “CE Leaders Who Rock.” She has also had the privilege of serving as Chair of the Consumer Technology Association’s Executive Board, where she helped shape the direction of the industry.
Deena holds degrees in philosophy, politics, and economics from Claremont McKenna College, where she was also a competitive swimmer and a Resident Advisor. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband and two daughters.

She brings multi-disciplinary expertise in Strategy, Operations, and Marketing to each of her clients and has led projects that include the large-scale implementation of a new data tracking system for Los Angeles World Airport, the development of a competitive positioning strategy for Desktop Metal, and the branding and launch of the Open Mobility Foundation, an open-source transportation data foundation. Victoria is a graduate of Columbia University, a background that helps her bring strategic and analytical rigor to each project. Having lived in New York for twenty years before moving out West, she also has very strong opinions on bagels and pizza.

She organizes the Portland Hardware Meetup, a monthly gathering that brings together a local community of over 300 folks building businesses with physical products, be it advanced laser technologies, electric boats, or robotic exoskeletons.

She was a Dealerscope 40 Under 40 honoree at 28 and has been immersed in a family-owned and operated business her entire life and understands the entrepreneurial experience. Halee has helped many brands launch and grow from $0 to >$1M in sales on Amazon in less than a year and has supported dozens of brands achieve their sales goals with innovative conversion tactics and strategies backed by industry data.

Halee has grown up around boats since she was in a baby bouncer, with enough sea hours to be able to get her captain’s license quite handedly. Her love for boating is so profound she named her dog Captain.

Before joining TargetPath, Rob ran his own ecommerce business and consulted for SaaS companies in the space, so he brings a host of hands-on experience to the table. In his first three years on the team, Rob helped facilitate shipments for over 1.5 million products, ensuring our clients’ operations were seamless, efficient and accounted for.
An Eagle Scout, Rob is committed to leadership and excellence in everything he does. He graduated summa cum laude from Seattle University with a double major in Finance and Business Analytics and even served as the lead portfolio manager for the Redhawk Endowment Fund, a student-led investment portfolio.

Fun Fact: Sheryl can say the alphabet backwards faster than most people can say it forwards—seriously, she was once pulled on stage in San Francisco to prove it. She also placed as a state finalist in a Toys R Us scan-and-bag competition back in her college days.
