The brand had been acquired by new ownership and was looking to shift its efforts from being a B2B-focused company to now engage in B2C. The website spoke exclusively to a business customer, it was simple, dark and lacked a call to action.

THE SOLUTION

With the shift in target consumer, we decided to give the brand a facelift and lighten up the look, feel and tone of the brand. We started by establishing a new mission, then crafted an updated brand story to tell the unique history of the brand and also bring it to life. From there we built out a brand new Shopify website to speak to this consumer with updated design, photography and a simple to use navigation to streamline the click to conversion process.
